  2. "MONTHLY B.U. P.F.P. CHANGES" • “GMP’S “ & “ CORRECTIVE ACTIONS NOT PERFORMED” • HAVE BEEN ADDED AS A BOTTOM-LINE ITEM TO ALL B.U.’S . THE B.U.’S WILL RECEIVE NO POSITIVE POINTS FOR THESE CATEGORIES, BUT A FAILURE BY ANY TEAM MEMBER WILL RESULT IN THE EMPLOYEE’S B.U., RECEIVING A LOSS OF ONE (1) POINT OFF THE TOTAL B.U.’S MONTHLY SCORE (it does not matter where in the plant the infraction happens, the point will still come off the employee’s assigned B.U.) • This Will Be In effect for every Business Unit in the Fort Worth Facility!

CHANGES" “PACKAGING CHANGES" • A LINE CERTIFICATION CATEGORY, AS A DOCUMENTATION MEASUREMENT HAS BEEN ADDED WITH A “0” VS “100% “ MEASUREMENT • LINE LOSS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH PACKAGING LOSS • FRUIT LOSS NOW INCLUDES RESIDUAL LOSSES • FINISHED GOODS LOSS IS NOW WORTH A FULL POINT PER WEEK

CHANGES PROCESSING • “NO MILK” NOW INCLUDES A BLENDED CATEGORY • THE “QUALITY ll “ SECTION WHICH CONTAINED TRADITIONAL SOLIDS CONFORMITY, BLENDED VISCOSITY CONFORMITY, AND BLENDED PH CONFORMITY HAS BEEN CHANGED TO • “SPC CONFORMITY” THIS SECTION NOW CONTAINS: BATCHING SOLIDS CONFORMITY, FERMENTATION SOLIDS CONFORMITY, TEMPERATURE CONFORMITY AND BREAK pH CONFORMITY

CHANGES" DISTRIBUTION • LOAD PICK ACCURACY NOW WILL MEASURED AS TWO SEPARATE CATEGORIES • “LOAD PICK ACCURACY - CUSTOMER SHIPPED ERRORS • LOAD PICK ACCURACY - INTRA-COMPANY SHIPPED ERRORS • COOLER FILL RATE HAS BEEN DROPPED • PAPERWORK DOCUMENTATION - (Pick Tickets, Packer Loader Sign Out, WMR, Pallets) • EQUIPMENT DAMAGE - (# of incidents with $50 damage) • IN ADDITION THE BONUS STRUCTURE WILL NOW BE THE SAME AS THE OTHER BUSINESS UNITS.

  6. “MONTHLY B.U.P.F.P. CHANGES • INCUBATOR & WAREHOUSE • ADDED FORKLIFT DAMAGE CATEGORY (INCIDENTS OVER $50) • UTILITIES • MONTHLY GMP INSPECTION • DOCUMENTATION OF UTILITY DOWNTIME AS REPORTED FROM PACKAGING LINES • STOCKROOM

  7. “MONTHLY B.U.P.F.P. CHANGES • AS AN ADDED INCENTIVE FOR THE NECESSARY CHANGES MADE TO THE MONTHLY PLANT PROGRAMS, WE HAVE CHANGED THE FINANCIAL STRUCTURE OF THE MONTHLY PROGRAM. THE FOLLOWING REPRESENTS THE NEW PAYOUT STRUCTURE: • OLD PROGRAM • MONTH 1 = $75.00 PER EMPLOYEE • MONTH 2 = $75.00 PER EMPLOYEE • MONTH 3 = $225.00 PER EMPLOYEE • OLD ANNUAL MAXIMUM $1500 • NEW PROGRAM • MONTH 1 = $100.00 (+ $25.00) • MONTH 2 = $ 125.00 (+$50.00) • MONTH 3 = $ 250.00 ( +$25.00) • NEW ANNUAL MAXIMUM $1900

  8. “PLANT - WIDE” P.F.PCHANGES PLANT PROGRAM 1 & 2 • THE PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REVAMPED AND SYNERGIZED INTO ONE PROGRAM • WHERE AS THE TWO PROGRAMS WERE EACH WORTH $50.00 PER EMPLOYEE, THE NEW ONE PROGRAM PLAN WILL BE WORTH $100.00 PER EMPLOYEE. • THE NEW PROGRAM STRUCTURE HAS BEEN SIMPLIFIED AND WILL CONTAIN ONLY 5 CATEGORIES.

  9. “PLANT - WIDE” P.F.PCHANGES (CONTINUED) • THE CATEGORIES INCLUDE: • 1. RAW MATERIALS - ( Comprised of Milk Loss, Fruit Loss, • Packaging Loss and Other Ingredient Loss). • 2. FINISHED GOODS LOSS - (Cost Per 1,0000 LB. • 3. QUALITY - ( Consumer Complaints Per Million) • 4. OSCOT • 5. LINE EFFICIENCY - (Average Of All Lines vs. Monthly Goal)

  10. “MONTHLY B.U.P.F.P. CHANGES MAINTENANCE THE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WILL HAVE A NEW SHARED TWO-PART B.U. P.F.P. PROGRAM • MAINTENANCE SHIFT P.F.P. PROGRAM THERE WILL BE TWO GOALS MEASURED IN THIS PROGRAM 1. SHIFT EFFICIENCY EACH SHIFT WILL HAVE A SHIFT GOAL FOR EFFICIENCY. THE GOALS PER SHIFT WILL GO UP EVERY MONTH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE B.U. STANDARDS FOR RAISING GOALS. THE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WILL BE JUDGED BY EITHER HITTING OR MISSING THE SHIFT GOAL.

  11. “MONTHLY B.U. P.F.P. CHANGES - MAINTENANCE” 2. SHIFT MACHINE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM THE SHIFT P.M.P. WILL BE BASED ON MAINTENANCE AS A SHARED GROUP PER SHIFT PERFORMING AND SIGNING OFF ALL THE PMs ASSIGNED BY THE SHIFT MANAGER FOR THE WEEK.

  12. “MONTHLY B.U. P.F.P. CHANGES - MAINTENANCE” FINANCIAL REWARDS BOTH CATEGORIES IN THE MAINTENANCE SHIFT PROGRAM MUST BE OBTAINED FOR THOSE INDIVIDUAL S ON THE SHIFT TO WIN. IF BOTH CATEGORIES ARE MET THEN THE FINANCIAL REWARDS ARE AS FOLLOWS: MONTH 1 =$ 50.00 PER EMPLOYEE MONTH 2 = $ 62.50 PER EMPLOYEE MONTH 3 = $125.00 PER EMPLOYEE IN ADDITION TO THE NEW MAINTENANCE PROGRAM THE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WILL ALSO SHARE WITH THEIR ASSIGNED BUSINESS UNITS WITH REGARDS TO THE STANDARD TEAM BASED PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE PROGRAM. THE SHARING WILL BE BASED AS FOLLOWS: IF ONE (1) OF THE ASSIGNED LINES THAT A MECHANIC IS ASSIGNED TO REACHES THEIR GOAL, THE MECHANIC WILL RECEIVE 50% OF THE FULL AWARD. EVEN IF ALL LINES THE MECHANIC IS WORKING ON REACHES THE GOAL, THE MECHANIC \ WOULD RECEIVE NO MORE THAN 50% OF THE MAXIMUM AWARD FOR THE ONE LINE
