CFCNCA LFCC Principal Duties • Selection and Supervision of PCFO • Evaluation of Applications for CFC Participation • Managing the Workplace Campaign • Leadership and Committee Structure • Provides Oversight • Approves Campaign Materials • Reviews Program Compliance • Approves Annual Budget and Financial Statements • Campaign Visibility

CFCNCA LFCC Opportunities • Relatively large membership • opportunities to engage more in campaign events, training and engagement with OPM. • Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) • Formally known as the Young Donors Advisory Council • Created to determine how to engage first-time CFCNCA participants
