12. NORMS If any upward revision in EDC by the concerned authority, the same shall be charged extra on pro- rata basis. Completion date will be 24 month from the date of start of construction, subject to force majeure condition. Super Built-up Area is tentative and actual area calculation will be done at the time of possession. Top Floor with Roof Right but not for construction. The Proportionate share of expenses on account of common area electricity consumption, generator power back (individual flat common areas) shall be charged extra on Super Area basis or as per actual/ units consumed.
