Receipt Voucher (Cash). R-FA. Receipt Voucher (Cash). Receipt Voucher (Cash) are created when we receive amount by cash and which is not against any bill / LR of R-Logic else for those entry will be done from R-Logic only. To start on the main screen click on Transaction Option.

  3. To start on the main screen click on Transaction Option From the displayed menu click on Receipt Voucher then from the sub menu click on Payment Voucher (Cash) Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Like all other forms Various search options are available here to edit or view existing records and a button to create new records. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. For this example I have entered NYT against Voucher No to display all the vouchers created from NYT-Ahmedabad branch Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. To view or edit any record click on the respective button in front of voucher number Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. Here is screen short of voucher no NYT-00004Cash.R “B” represents Bill Wise Reference to view the details click on B Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. A new window with bill wise details is displayed on the screen Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. To create a new Voucher Click on + New Record button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. For this example I have taken SARKHEJ branch Say we received cash amount from one of our Impress A/C and we are going to take that entry in Cash Book so we do that entry here Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. Select the Ledger name then enter the amount received then enter the Narration. Now click on “B” to enter the Bill wise details Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. Select New Ref in Type of Ref then in Reference enter the name for new reference you create here I have entered MR-28-SKR then enter the amount. Now click on Add button then Save button to link this Bill Wise Details in the voucher Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. Now click on Add button so that the Credit side entry is saved in the voucher. Select CASH IN HAND in ledger name then enter amount in this case ₹10000. Click on Add button so this Debit side entry is saved in voucher Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  14. Click on Save / Save & New button so that the entry can be saved. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
