  2. La UNAM La UNAM (la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México), es la universidad pública más grande del país. La UNAM tiene centros en varios Estados mexicanos y en Los Angeles, pero principalmente en el Distrito Federal. El arte tiene una presencia importante en el campus principal. Aquí ves una foto de la biblioteca y otra de un mural pintado por Diego Rivera. En el año 2007, el campus central fue declarado un sitio del Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO.

Para clarificarse • Because le and les may refer to any number of people, oftentimes we will use both the indirect object pronoun and the indirect object to be sure that it is clear to whom we are referring. • Ejemplos: • A mi madre le gusta el café. • A Ramón y Ana Mari les gustanadar. • ¿A ustedes les gusta salir de noche?

  5. Para enfatizarse • We also use both the indirect object pronoun and the indirect object to add emphasis to a statement. • Ejemplos: • A mí, no me gustan los ratones. • ¿A ti, te gusta bailar? • A mí, me gusta mucho. • A nosotros, no nos gustan las montañas rusas.

  6. ChocarTo: bug/annoy/upset/surprise or “take back” (in a negative way) • ¿Techocalavar la ropa? • A mí, sí.
