Adlabs has a dominant and comprehensive presence in Film Services: Motion Picture Processing and DI, Film Restoration, Digital Mastering, Studios and Equipment rentals. Adlabs Films also operates India's largest cinema chain with about 400 screens spread across India, US and Malaysia. It has a significant presence in the film distribution space with a nationwide presence across India as well as offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Malaysia. Adlabs’ television venture, Synergy Adlabs, is among the top players in the television programming industry. 2

Highlights for the Quarter • Operational • 428 screens as of date : 190 screens in India, 171 in US, 61 in Malaysia, 6 in Mauritius • Record-breaking successful distribution of Ghajini in overseas markets • Produced Aap Ki Kachehri – Kiran Bedi Ke Sath on Star Plus, rated No.1 in non-fiction category • Financials • For 9 months period ended December ’08: • Revenue from Operations at Rs.548 Cr , yoy increase of 84% • EBIDTA from Operations at Rs.87 Cr, yoy increase of 91% • For quarter ended Dec’08 • Revenue from Operations at Rs.164 Cr , yoy increase of 60% • EBIDTA from Operations at Rs.18 Cr, yoy increase of 8% • Approval from shareholders at EGM on Jan 22, 2009 for demerger of radio business effective April1, 2008 3

Cinemas : India & Overseas • 428 screens as of date : 190 screens in India, 171 in US, 61 in Malaysia, 6 in Mauritius • In line with Reliance ADA Group’s philosophy of a single monolithic consumer entertainment brand “BIG”, all Adlabs cinemas re-branded BIG cinemas from October 28, 2008 • Adlabs Cinemas awarded “International Exhibitor of the Year 2008” by CineAsia 2008 at Macau in December 2008; First Indian Company to receive this award • India Cinemas account for 12-15 % of Hindi Box office collections • US Cinemas account for 25-35% of Hindi Box office collections and over 50% of Tamil Box office Collections • Third largest cinema operator in Malaysia • Revenues increased by 139% yoy at Rs.101 cr 7

Processing & Digital Intermediate Lab Processing Lab • 8,334 prints at Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata • Films in the quarter including Yuvraaj ,Golmaal Returns, Fashion, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Dostana and Ghajini • Films in the upcoming quarter including Victory, Chandni Chowk To China, Raaz 2, Horn OKPlease, Pathshala, Billu Barber, Delhi 6, Dev D among others DI Lab • Films include Yuvraaj, The President is Coming, Hello, Heroes and Kidnap • Over 40 films signed up for forthcoming quarters including Delhi 6, Alladin, Yavaram Nallam, Rectangular Love Story, Roshan and Shoe Bite 9

Mechanical effects : Studios and equipment • Equipment Rentals : Lights, Cameras, Grips • Have established presence in TV broadcasting over the last 1 year as a premium service provider • Expanding the operations to cover film cameras as an integrated service offering • Shows in the current qtr include : Oye! Its Friday, Hello Kaun Pehchan Kaun, Laughter Knights, Nach Baliye 4, Raju Hazir Ho and events like Rock on for Humanity, Indian Telly Awards, ITA Awards, The Triumph Show, Delhi Half Marathon • Shows in the upcoming qtrs include : Jhalak Dikhhla Ja 3, Arre Deewano Mujhe Pehchano, Knights & Angels, ET Corporate Awards, Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, Great Women Achievers Awards, NDTV Telethon among others • Studio • Over 200,000 sq ft with 7 sound stages of international style being developed at Film City in Mumbai • Designed to support a mix of film and TV content • Will be operational in phases from October ‘09 onwards 10

Lowry Digital at Los Angeles & Digital Cinema • Lowry Digital • Completed The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which was nominated for 13 Oscars; 11 BAFTA awards & 5 Golden Globe Awards • Currently working on George Lucas’ Star Wars: Phantom Menace & Disney’s Snow White • Completed restoration of the classic film The Robe which premiered at the Rome Film Festival in October - introduced by Martin Scorsese • Digital Cinema • Crossed the milestone of over 15,000 successful shows in the true 2K Digital Cinema format • Preferred service provider for all digital mastering in 2K, over 50 Hindi films done • International work include Warner Brothers Chandni Chowk to China & Sony BMG Raaz – The Mystery Continues • Supplying Digital prints to PVR, Inox, Fun, Fame etc. 11
