  5. Using Google Apps - Surprises • Twitter-like use of IM statuses  • No use at all of Sites product • Very little use of Docs • Constant, neverending, continual, ceaseless, perpetual training

  7. Using Google Apps At MRRL • Groups • Very popular, very useful both inside and out • No limits on numbers of group emails • Kidsfun@mrrl.org; annex-group@mrrl.org

Using Google Apps At MRRL • Chat • *very* useful • reduces long distance phone bills - (library branch) • Marketplace • We use Aviary, Manymoon and SherpaTools • Services and software both are available • Postini • Useful for email retention and spam control, not a lot of administration required; just works!
