    20. APPLICATION BLANK When your on-line application and related materials are received, your packet will be reviewed and considered candidates contacted for an interview. Copies of transcripts, teaching certificates, letters of recommendation and other supporting documents should be attached to the on-line application. You should also direct your University placement office to send a copy of your credentials to the Personnel Office.

    22. SCREENING OF CANDIDATES APPLICATIONS Applications will be screened and candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. Final candidates will be recommended to the Director of Personnel and contacted for an interview.

    23. BOARD OF EDUCATION ACTION Candidates will be recommended to the Board of Education by the Director of Personnel.
