There are certain situations wherein non-residents of Canada can be given orders to leave the country on whatever reason the country deems fit. These orders can be effective immediately or on a date as specified in the order. The reasons behind receiving such orders might be criminal conduct or violation of Canadian immigration laws. You may need ARC; Authorization to Return to Canada when you receive such orders.
