The boot-time impact was ‘atrocious’ according to Cnet. http://download.cnet.com/Kaspersky-Anti-Virus-2013/3000-2239_4-10259842.html • At $39.95 for 1 year, it is not expensive but does cost more than some of its competitors. • It did not score so well in PCMags hands on testing where it “repeatedly failed to remove one malware sample it detected.
