  3. EXIGENCIAS DEL CULTICO. • El arroz necesita para germinar un mínimo de 10 a 13 ºC, considerándose su óptimo como 30 y 35 ºC. Por encima de los 40 º C no se produce la germinación. • El crecimiento del tallo, hojas y raíces tiene un mínimo de 7º C, considerándose su óptimo en los 23 ºC. Con temperaturas superiores a ésta, las plantas crecen más rápidamente, pero los tejidos se hacen demasiado blandos, siendo más susceptibles a los ataques de enfermedades.

  4. Proceso de producción del arroz • SIEMBRA. • Se realiza al voleo en forma directa la semilla o pre germinada y ubicada en fangueo. • PREPARACION DEL SUELO. • Se realiza con tractor o manual por fangueo.

  5. RIEGO. • Se realiza en forma permanente y entre mas inundado esta el cultivo , es mejor. • CONTROL DE MALEZAS. • Se realiza con agroquímicos mediante bombas de mochila y en forma manual.

  6. Control de plagas y Enfermedades.Se realiza en forma manual-visual y con bomba de mochila - agroquímicos.

  7. Fertilización. SE REALIZA AL VOLEOEN FORMA MANUAL. Cosecha. Se realiza en forma mecanizada con embaladora.

  8. Transporte a los molinos.SE REALIZA DIRECTAMENTE DEL CAMPO MEDIANTE LA COMBINADA AL CAMION Y DEL CAMION A LOS MOLINOS AGROINDUSTRIALES.

  9. HONDURAS PRODUCCION NACIONAL 1MILLO0N DE QUINTALES. CONSUMO NACIONAL 3.5 MILLONES DE QUINTALES
