Industrial Feedback into Ed System • Critique/Assessment of Capstone work (Strengths and weaknesses) Sponsors…Advisors…Students…Judges • New: Capstone Program Industrial Board • Annual evaluation and recommendations • Presentation to Faculty, AME Director, and Engr. Dean • Curriculum Improvement • Evaluate 5-Year Partnership (in 5th year)

  5. Great Recruiting Opportunities Sponsors are invited to attend Capstone Presentations of all projects. Sponsors can ask for students’ resumes. • Mid-Term Presentation of All Projects (March) • Final Presentation of All Projects (April) • Capstone Poster Design Fair Competition (May) • Team Presentation to Sponsor (May)

Student Presentations • Weekly presentations to advisor • Several informal presentations to sponsor • Mid-term Presentation to Capstone Community (sponsors invited) • Final Presentation to Capstone Community (sponsors invited) • Presentation to Industry Team of Judges • Presentation to Engineering Staff of Sponsor (Option recommended)

  7. Student Written Reports • Detail Plan of Action to solve project • Weekly Progress Report • Mid-term Report (each student writes a minimum of 5 pages on his/her work) • Final Report (each student writes a minimum of 10 pages on his/her work)
