Once loan applications are received, we review them as a team to disburse loan funds A variety of factors are used to determine loan disbursement, including: Past history Level of disposable income Back taxes or currently unpaid bills Housing situation Availability of collateral Goal is to find a ‘sweet spot’ where the loan assists the applicant but the applicant is still credit-worthy
