  1. Welcome CJSF! April 30, 2009 Multi-Purpose Room

  2. Guest Speaker • Mrs. Rainey will be speaking about an opportunity to earn service hours! • Remember you need to have your hours completed by the end of May

  3. Announcements • Stay on top of your service hours! See me if you need time or ideas… • Service forms are DUE at the May 27th meeting (WED) • 7th grade stay tuned for info about your roller (ice?) skating trip • 8th grade: We need parents to chaperone our trip to Stanford on May 21. I’ll be sending a note home soon- permission slips and chaperone requests.

  4. Old Business • If you have any ideas for next year drop me a line!

  5. New Business • 8th grade remember that you can join CSF at the high school in the FALL if you completed 3 consecutive semesters here at GOMS. This is a big deal!! Go for it!

  6. Service Learning • 7th graders- stay for a minute so we can plan a final event • 8th graders- It is extremely important to know when your committee is meeting and what tasks need to be complete- STAY ON TOP OF IT! • You’re in the home stretch- make your last efforts count • Leadership- see me with any issues • Leadership- be sure you’re also thinking about your final presentations

  7. Adjourn • Don’t forget to check the website!! • Next (last) leadership meeting is MONDAY, May 18 at 7:30 • Nest (last) general meeting is WEDNESDAY, May 27 at 7:45 (as usual, leadership at 7:30)
