  2. Overview of SWTC • 6 Member-owners • 107,579 Retail Customers • 2005 Member Peak Load: 556.3 MW • SWTC’s transmission assets include 613.4 miles of transmission lines and 21 substations to serve the Member load • WAPA is SWTC’s Control Area Provider

  3. JANUARY FILING CHANGES • SWTC filing states: “Changes of any significance that occur prior to the next Ten Year Plan filing, will be discussed with Commission staff.” • Since SWTC’s filing in January, a few significant changes have occurred; predominantly to meet Member system load growth. • Consequently, an amended filing will made to the Commission by mid-June.

  4. JANUARY FILING CHANGES 115 kV Projects 2007 Red Rock to Saguaro Delayed to 2008. Red Rock now called “Naviska.” 2008 Valencia to CAP Blk Mtn Delayed to 2011 2010 Sandario to Bopp 115 kV Delayed to 2012. Bopp now called “San Joaquin.”

  5. JANUARY FILING CHANGES 115 kV Projects 2013 Red Rock to Picture Rocks Scope change – name change and new project 2013 Picture Rocks to Twin Peaks In-service date changed to 2012

  6. JANUARY FILING CHANGES New Projects 2007 Hackberry 230/69 kV Substation 2008 Gordon Sloan 230/69 kV Substation 2009 Naviska to Thornydale 115 kV Line 2011 Thornydale to CAP Twin Peaks 115 kV Line

  7. JANUARY FILING CHANGES New Projects 2012 Sandario to CAP Brawley 115 kV Line 2013 Adonis 115/24.9 kV Substation 2014 New Tucson 230/24.9 kV Substation 2015 Camino de Manana 115/24.9 kV Substation

  8. CHANGES FROM 2004-2006 500 kV Line Projects Hassayampa to Pinal West Delayed from 2007 to 2008 Pinal West to Santa Rosa New SWTC participation 230 kV Line Projects Red Rock to Saguaro Scope change; in-service date changed to 2008; 230 kV changed to 115 kV; Red Rock changed to Naviska

  9. CHANGES FROM 2004-2006 230 kV Line Projects Riviera Two Substation to Riviera Delayed indefinitely 115 kV Line Projects Upgrade of Marana-Avra Line Delayed from 2010 to 2015 Valencia to CAP Black Mountain Delayed from 2008 to 2011 Sandario to Bopp New Project. Bopp changed to San Joaquin.
