Comparative Analysis of Dietary Patterns in Japanese Cohorts (1994-1998)

This study explores the dietary patterns of two distinct cohorts from various regions in Japan, including Ninohe, Yokote, Saku, Ishikawa, and others, over the years 1994 to 1998. Utilizing Food Frequency Questionnaires (FFQ) and Dietary Records (DR), we aim to analyze nutritional intakes and trends in these diverse populations. The results will shed light on regional dietary differences and their potential impacts on public health and nutrition recommendations in Japan.
