2. Huatek Highlights Huatek is a global software service company with strong HP/Agilent heritage. Dr. Chining Liu, founder of HP China, founded Huatek in 1993. We are celebrating our 20th anniversary this year! HP/Agilent’s spin-off, Verigy, the world’s largest semiconductor testing system maker and now merged into Advantest, (NYSE: ATE) is a major shareholder of Huatek and on the Board of Directors. Huatek adheres to the highest standard of business ethics and corporate governance. Long track record of delivering to the US, European and Chinese clients, such as HP, Agilent, Verigy, Merck, American Software, Yves Rocher, etc. Huatek is CMMI 3 certified and follows stringent S/W development methodologies and processes. Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, with R&D centers in Shanghai and Xian, China, all of our management team and engineers are bilingual and bi-cultural. At least a quarter of our employees have extensive experiences working on-site in the US and Europe. Huatek’s major R&D team is based in Xian, China, geographically in the center of China and is the 3rd largest university town in China with 100+ colleges and universities.
