  2. Begin by going to APU’s library web page: http://www.apu.edu/library/

  3. To chat with a live librarian 24/7 click on Ask A Librarian APU Librarians chat live 6 hours a week

  4. To access ebooks click on All Databases

  5. Click on E then Ebrary

  6. Type in your APU NetID and Password

  7. Type in your topic Click Search ebrary

  8. Click on Date to sort ebrary results by date

  9. Search ebrary by clicking on title page Or Search Document for any words

  10. Another ebook database is NetLibrary. Click on N then NetLibrary

  11. Type your topic & click Search

  12. Sort Results by Newest First

  13. Full text scholarly journal articles Academic Search Premier Click on A then

  14. Change field to SU: Subject Terms Academic Search Premier Type a topic

  15. Sort Results by Date Descending

  16. Full text global newspaper articles Click on L Then LexisNexis Academic

  17. Type your topic, change county And click Go

  18. Results. Change Relevanceto Publication Date

  19. Periodicals – Full-text journals by Title owned by APU

  20. Type in title of the journal to find its record and then drill down to full text
