What is Electrostatic Painting? • Electrostatic painting is a spray process of applying liquid paint coatings to metal. • Atomized paint particles are positively charged and are drawn to the grounded metal object. Atomization occurs due to centrifugal force rather than air assisted. • A variety of paint coatings can be applied electrostatically including two-component epoxies, poly-urethanes, and fluoro-polymers.

Why use EPR • EPR staff utilizes our expertise to research and determine the proper preparation process, high performance coating and finish properties specific to each project • Custom color matching is available in a variety of coatings and most can be applied in a factory standard, metallic or textured finish • EPR On Site services can be performed during day, evening or weekend hours as required • EPR facilities are fully equipped to apply OEM equivalent coatings to items that need to be painted off site
