Semester 2 Data Scheduling Key Dates • 8-Dec 2011    Last day for Schools to amend day/time preference for those over subscribed timeslots • 6 to 8-Dec 2011School Timetablers set-up Lecture STAs in Syllabus Plus • 9 to 15-Dec 2011     Central Timetable Team scheduling lecture theatres • 9 to 15-Dec 2011School Timetablers set-up Class STAs in Syllabus Plus • 16-Dec 2011  Lecture Theatre Timetable to be confirmed with Schools • 19-Dec 2011  Classroom submissions will be reviewed and any errors / problems with data will be reported to School to advise fix • 20 to 23 Dec 2011   Central Timetable Team scheduling classrooms Property Services, Space Planning and Management
