1 st Grade Mrs. Daugherty’s Class

Welcome to Mrs. Daugherty's 1st Grade! Our daily schedule is designed to balance core subjects, enrichment, and play. The day kicks off at 7:30 AM with a grammar/morning show, followed by Math and Reading in two groups, each with whole group instruction and centers. We also incorporate Special classes, lunch, and small group interventions. Afternoons include Social Studies and Writing, with a dedicated recess for play. Don’t forget to check the STAR Binder for homework and daily responsibilities. Contact Mrs. Daugherty for any questions.
