  7. Life Cycle and Distinguishing Features • Hermaphrodites that lay cocoons that produce mini adults • Features include: • No obvious appendages • No antennas • Generally no difference in head or tail • Cylindrical bodies • Reduced head

  8. Facts/Importance and Conservations Status • Earthworms don’t have lungs, they breath through their skin & can live under water for a while. • Leeches they are use in medical studies to remove blood cloaks
