  3. How do we teach respect within our fraternities and sororities? What does it mean to have someone earn their letters/membership? What is meant by brotherhood or sisterhood? Are we REALLY values based organizations or do we just say that because that is what everyone wants us to be? Respect

Do we understand Ritual? • Do we teach Ritual and what it means? • Do we explain the real meaning of who we are and what role Ritual plays during the new member education process? • Do we hold ourselves and our members accountable to our Vows & Promises? • Does our Brotherhood and Sisterhood start with our Ritual? Ritual
