  3. Categories & Sub-categories determine what is displayed on the Courses page. • Only Categories & Sub-Categories with active classes will display on the Courses page.

  4. Memorizing Codes is no longer necessary! Categories, sub-categories, and courses are all full names. • Datatel: XBUCS-CB000-16001 • Lumens: Computer | Software Applications | Computer Basic | Introduction to Personal Computers |Dianne Smrdel

  5. Terms: We now have 4 terms per year, based on quarters. The start and end date are included in the name…pick carefully!

  6. Global skip dates have been entered, so you don’t have to remember when we are closed.

  7. Profiles People are entered into the system as: • Staff • Learners (Students) • Instructors • Companies If you work here, take a class and teach a class, you will have 3 profiles in the system.

  8. User Name Conventions Staff: lastnameFirstinitial (or more to make 6 characters or unique) Student: firstname.lastname Instructor: lastname.firstname
