OBJETO Posicionar los estudios obligatorios y los demás estudios que hacen parte del PAE, como instrumentos eficaces para el control social y político, que apoyen la labor de las auditorias, siendo validados en espacios académicos y de expertos, al igual que entre dirigentes sociales y políticos de las localidades y la ciudad.
