  1. Thematic Priorities for ATF Applications Presentation by Secretariat of Council for the AIDS Trust Fund in Briefing Session on 27 July 2016

  2. Background • Review on the target spending was conducted by the Council in January 2016 • The Council restated that three year funding support will be provided to projects focusing on targeted and risk-base approach for the prevailing HIV situation in Hong Kong

  3. Background • Discussion to address the knowledge gap, effective intervention and setting up of Thematic Priorities (i.e. young MSM) was conducted in the regular meeting between ATF Secretariat and SPP colleagues. • The Council endorsed to setting up the Thematic Priorities in 14 July 2016.
