Comprehensive Standard 3.3.1.1Institutional Effectiveness: Educational Programs • The university has not sufficiently documented that it: • Is assessing the extent to which it achieves its program and student learning outcomes • Is making improvements in its educational programs and student learning outcomes based on the results of those assessments

  3. Key Points • Highlight and interpret the results of assessment measures • Reveal the extent to which the outcomes have or have not been achieved • Document improvements in programs/student learning outcomes as a function of the results

  4. Reviewer Comments • We have identified the expected outcomes, assessment measures, and achievement targets. • Insufficient attention to the analysis—with a focus on describing and interpreting the extent to which the outcomes were or were not achieved • Insufficient evidence of improvements as a direct result (even when evidence showed minimum success)
