Investigation of BARD1 Interaction with BRCA1 and α-Tubulin in Cancer Cell Models

This study examines the protein interactions between BARD1 and BRCA1, as well as their association with α-tubulin in human cancer cell lines. Using co-immunoprecipitation assays and Western blot analysis, we display a novel insight into the biological functions of BARD1 in DNA damage repair and cell signaling pathways. Figure S1B illustrates these interactions and highlights the significance of BARD1 in maintaining genomic stability, enhancing our understanding of its role in cancer biology.
