  1. From: Loy, James [mailto: jloy@cohengroup.net] Sent: Tuesday, February 07, 2012 8:22 AMTo: 'John J. Kelly'Subject: Thanks and Info Great to see you this morning and thanks for another nice breakfast and time together. Here are the Secretarial priorities I mentioned from the ASPEN seminar: 1) Cyber Security  -  The Secty named it as her “overwhelming priority” 2) Growing Pre-Clearance airports around the World (Shannon being the classic example) 3) Cargo Security  -  Focus on the global Supply Chain 4) Bio-Terrorism 5) A Growing Culture of Complacency in the U.S. The old faithful issues like Inter-operable Comms for First Responders, Information Sharing, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Emergency Response and Immigration Policy (including Border Security) remain important and viable candidates for your conference as well. Hope the list is helpful in organizing the event. All the best, Jim
