The requirement to risk assess • Implicit - (implied) • Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 • Explicit - (specifically required) • Management of H&S at Work Regulations • Manual Handling Operations Regulations • PPE at Work Regulations • H&S (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regs. • Noise at Work Regulations • Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations • etc……………..
