Dougherty sugirió que la web estaba en un renacimiento, con reglas que cambiaban y modelos de negocio que evolucionaban.

WIKIS En hawaiano "wikiwiki " significa: rápido, informal. Una wiki es un espacio web corporativo, organizado mediante una estructura hipertextual de páginas (referenciadas en un menú lateral), donde varias personas elaboran contenidos de manera asíncrona
