Bucket One: Exploring Business SchoolsIerlan, Zimmer, Orne • Virtually all AACSB accredited units have schools • Form of school is sometimes an element of strategy • Our divisional structure may be a market weakness • Growth of online programs is a strategic threat • SUNY’s size and diversity is a strategic threat • Industry segment “inflection point” may be coming • As a result, a near-term change of both strategy & structure was recommended
