  1. Go to NUSD website using this link: http://do.nusd.org/accountability/accountability.html. Click on the applicable grade level Progress Profile key and print for reference when completing the Progress Profile.

  2. Log into Data Director: https://www1.achievedata.com/marin.If you do not have a log in and password, contact Connie Benz at cbenz@nusd.org.

  3. Once logged in, click on Assessments, choose the Check Boxes English Language Development, Academic Year 2009-2010, and the grade that you teach. If you teach multiple grades, check all that are applicable and click Submit. This process will filter out non-ELD assessments.

  4. Next, click on Students in main profile page.

  5. From this point, choose the checkboxes 2009-2010, Term S1 or T1, and which grade(s) you have EL students.

  6. This example uses Students who are participating the 2009-2010 school year, Term S1 (Fall Term), and Grade 3. After checking the appropriate boxes, scroll down the page.

  7. Further down the page and under Language Fluency, hold down on the CTRL key and click 3, 4, 5, and English Learner. This will filter out students who do not need to be profiled. Once chosen, click GO.

  8. Once the rostering is complete, click on Assessments. • Due to confidentiality reasons, the bottom half of this powerpoint has been edited out.

  9. Click on the Available Assessments Drop-Down Menu and choose English Language Progress Profiles

  10. At this point, click the blue area to edit by page (multiple). This allows for all students to who are eligible for EL Profiles to appear on the next page.

  11. Data fields are now be available to be populated. Click on Save or Save and Return to Results.
