  4. How much physical activity do you need every day ? Try to do at least one hour of Physical Activity every day. But more is even better !

Health benefits of being active • Improves your health • Helps you do better in school • Improves your fitness • Strengthens your heart, bones and muscles • Improves your self-confidence • Gives you more energy and endurance • Helps you maintain a healthy body weight • And gives many more benefits …

  6. It is up to you to decide what kind of activity you want to do: • Do an activity you like to do; bike riding, skating, running, walking, snowboarding, playing in the snow. • Walk, bike, rollerblade or skateboard to school, to the park or to a friend’s house. • Play a sport such as basketball, hockey, soccer, martial arts, swimming, tennis, golf, skiing or snowboarding.
