  2. 『一串紅』介紹－ • 學名： Salvia splendens • 原產地： 巴西 • 形態： 為一年生草木。冬至春末開　　　　　出一串似炮竹之紅花故名，　　　　　花頂生亦有白色花種。 • 主要用途： 為盆栽或花壇之植材。 • 繁殖方法： 播種法、扦插法。

  3. 『一串紅』種植方法－ • 一般來說﹐一串紅喜歡比較溫暖的天氣 。 • 一串紅屬于喜光植物，也可忍受部份遮陰環境 。 • 一串紅的澆水要見濕見干﹐陰涼天氣要減低澆水的次數 。 • 可將主花剪掉﹐這樣既有力于防病﹐又可促進其他花瓣的生長﹐以保證一串紅的持續開 。

  4. 一串紅不耐寒，冬季寒流來襲時可能會造成嚴重的傷害 。 • 在株高10cm時，應與以第一次摘心。摘心可以使多分支，開花更多。 • 『別稱』－ 爆竹紅、象牙紅、牆下紅、緋衣草。 　因為花型像是一串紅色的爆竹，故有「爆竹紅」之別稱。
