  2. Cylinder drier m/c Description: 1. Indirect drying using Stainless Steel Cylinders. 2. suitable for one or two sided drying of all types of fabrics. 3. High Efficiency method for intermediate or final drying.

  3. Contact drying 1. Drum dryer: with this system, the fabric moves forward arranged on several heated drums. 2. The drying temperature ranges between 120-130° C and the cylinders are heated by means of steam at a pressure of 1-3 atm. 3. This very efficient and low-cost drying system is particularly suitable for flat fabrics, with slightly evidenced structure, which cannot be easily affected by tension during feeding. 4. Used for intermediate drying and for light finishes; this system is not suitable for durable thermosetting resin finishes.

  7. Maintenance Guide roller: Here we have to look over the movement of guide roller. We have to provide the steady of guide roller or without movement of guide roller. Free roller movement: Free roller should be move freely as the path of material. So we always look over of the free movement of free roller. Proper gearing: It is very important that the lack of proper gearing will hamper the correct function. So we have to maintain the gearing properly.

  8. Maintenance Motor revolution: For proper speed the correct rpm(10 to 150) of motor should be check as maintenance. Proper heating: We have to confirm of even & proper heating of every cylinder as the action of drying. Uses of cylinder dryer: 1. To dry the fabric 2. To remove the remaining excess water from fabric.
