Analysis of Glucose Concentration in Yeast Fermentation: Advanced Genetic Constructs

This study investigates glucose concentration variations in yeast fermentation, focusing on specific genetic constructs of *Saccharomyces cerevisiae*. Using different strains, including laboratory (W3031a) and industrial (GA001, Fleischman, and others), we analyze outcomes in uniform two-phase systems with and without glucose. The research encompasses PCR amplification techniques of the FLO10 gene and its impact on fermentation efficiency. Results highlight the importance of specific genetic configurations and fermentation conditions in maximizing glucose utilization and overall yeast performance.
