Group Purpose • to ensure better information flow about members and current activities acrossthe organization • to ensure better coordination of activities across the membership • to create a forum for discussion of ideas and proposals
Group Composition • program managers and coordinators • anyone with significant programmatic responsibility • generally, those who report to a member of senior staff • group members, please stand!
How the group functions • monthly meetings—FTF, video and phone • single topic or round robin to capture updates • announcements and some discussion on the mail group, programcoordgroup@internet2.edu • chaired by Laurie Burns
