Eligibility • Safety First: No preventable safety incidents • Pilot fleet • 11 Western • US East • Regional • Employed with Interstate when it is paid
Fleet Manager Pay+ Incentive When your driver performs, you benefit • $.01 service = $10 OR • $0.2 service = $20 • $.01 fuel = $5
HazMat Pay • $20.00 per load • 11 Western • US East • Regional
Extra Stop Pay • $15 per stop • Excludes first stop • Excludes final stop • Not load / unload pay
Experience Credit • 1 and 2 years combined • 1 year drivers may see a change • 4 year tier added • No change for current drivers
Per Diem • US East increase $0.02 • Midwest regional shift • $0.02 from base pay • Move to per diem • No other fleets
