  1. Know all about Memory power Memory is known as the process used for acquiring, storing, retaining, and later retrieving information. Encoding, storage, and retrieval are the leading 3 processes involved in memory. Human memory has the capability to preserve and recover information that is acquired through experienced. It is the retention of information over time for the purpose of controlling future action. Why is Memory Important? Memory plays an important role in our lives it helps us learn new things and use previously learnt things in our daily lives. Two experiments are reported by a study that manipulates task importance in a time-based and an event-based prospective memory paradigm. How to increase Memory power? 1.Train your brain Like our muscles, even our brain needs to be regularly put to use. Metal workouts are important and can help minds grow and expand which in a way helps to improve memory. Frequently doing brain activity daily will improve brain functioning. 2.Do exercise

Brain degeneration to some extent can be avoided by doing exercise. 3.Meditate Studies show meditation can develop brain functioning. It boosts working memory and long term memory as well. Through research, it has been observed that regularly practised meditation has increased brain plasticity. 4.Get enough sleep Sleep is very crucial for overall brain development. Disturbance in the body’s natural sleep cycle can cause cognitive impairments, it causes disturbance in the process the brain uses to create a memory. 5. Reduce sugar intake Sugar in excess causes total brain volume to decline, which is an early sign of Alzheimer’s disease. 6. Avoid high-calorie diet Calories lead to obesity and cause brain impairment. It affects memory as consuming a high level of calorie can lead to inflammation in brain parts. There is a significant improvement in verbal memory scores. 7.Increase caffeine intake Coffee and green tea are a great source of caffeine and are helpful for boosting memory power. People consume caffeine in the morning experience improved short-term memory.
