STRUTTURA E PERFORMANCE DELLA FILIERA DELLA SALUTE (ANNI 2007-2010) - Roma, febbraio 2012 «Quelli appena elencati sono senz’altro risultati importanti, tanto più se si considera che il nostro Paese investe nella tutela della salute – in termini di risorse pubbliche – meno degli altri paesi europei. Tenuto conto infatti delle parità dei poteri d’acquisto delle monete, la spesa sanitaria pubblica si attesta in Italia su un valore pro capite inferiore di oltre 13 punti percentuali rispetto al dato medio della UE-15 e inferiore di oltre 20 punti a quello della Germania e della Francia.»

I punti di forza della provincia di Bologna • una straordinaria rete di servizi sanitari e sociosanitari • la più antica università del mondo • una invidiabile posizione strategica grazie all’aeroporto, al nodo ferroviario ed a quello autostradale. • I costi delle prestazioni sono mediamente molto più bassi rispetto agli altri paesi industrializzati • La qualità delle prestazioni e fra le più alte in assoluto.

Investire nel sistema sanitario bolognese significa: • creare posti di lavoro • produrre un ingente gettito fiscale • alimentare un ampio indotto di cui beneficiano soprattutto imprese collocate sul territorio provinciale e regionale • Migliorare la qualità e la disponibilità delle cure per i cittadini del territorio
