  1. Long term effects of exercise Improved badminton technique backhand, how this is going to a achieved is by hitting the shuttle in the coned area which will gradually get more shots in the coned area over 1 year The body systems will improve as well such as the energy system and the muscular system.

  2. 1 month Energy system- anaerobic system increases and it will also increase the cardiovascular system slightly, the back hand will improve slightly over the next couple of months . Muscular increased muscle strength in the shoulder area and the forearm.

  3. 2 months • Muscular system, increased tendon strength. • Skeletal system, increased bone density.

  4. 6 months • Cardiovascular increased stroke volume. • Energy system, increase use of storage of fats and energy.

  5. 12 months Increase of cardiac hypertrophy. Decreased recovery time.

  6. conclusion • Overall performance has increased more fluent shot on the back hand still bit stray with some shots but most are on target when playing games against opponents.
