What do you think is important in fostering an effective supervisory relationship between international/domestic supervisor/supervisee? What are your thoughts on mirroring the college population in the staff of college counseling centers? How does this impact student's experience? In listening to our presentation, were there aspects of your clinical/ supervision/ outreach work that you became more aware of? Were there any assumptions/ biases in working with international staff members?
