  3. Overview of Impact • Impact system tracks all services and problems • Piloting new online “Help Yourself” option within Impact • Form can be submitted anytime but requests will only be addressed during business hours • 24/7 support for offline sites only

  4. Web Hosting Update • Turkey and Staging • Ultraseek • Webtrends

  5. Production and Staging Server • Currently reviewing server for sites and user accounts that are no longer in use to target for removal • Plan to decommission by 1/1/2005 • Sites that wont be migrated to portal by 2005 will be moved to a Windows 2003 Server • We will provide a migration plan to all agencies that we consider in scope

  6. Production and Staging Server (cont.) • All Access Databases need to be moved to Database server utilizing SQL Server • Agencies can still manage DB in Access and DOIT’s DBA Group will set them up to convert to SQL • DBA Group is looking for volunteers to move simple DB’s now.

  7. Ultraseek • Currently running 4.4; upgrading to 5.2 • Significant features added to product • Code changes may be required when upgrade is applied

  8. Webtrends • Currently running 5.0; upgrading to eBusiness 6.1 • New feature highlights include non-standard date comparisons and client side scheduled reports • Upgrade is taking place the week of April 5, 2004. Please be aware reporting may not be available that week
