Change was inevitable Rules Growth • Families limited to once a month • Churches bring in food items • The food is prepackaged • Only residents of Dover/New Philadelphia allowed • Only churches supply volunteers • Only open one morning a week • From 40 families per week in February 2008 to 600 families per week today • From less than 1000 pounds of food distributed per week to more than 35,000
