  2. Signvec offers a variety of laser and engraving industrial products. The GWK CNC Metal Laser Cutting Machine has several advantages that make it affordable and good performance. It has good precision which is suitable to cut precision parts.

  3. It has a speed which is 100 times faster than line cutting. The heat affected area caused by the cutting is relatively small and does not cause the material to change its shape. Its high performance comes with a lower price tag that is one third of a CO2 laser cutting machine and two fifth of a CNC punch machine.

  4. It enjoys a lower maintenance cost that is between one tenth and one fifteen than that of a CO2 laser cutting machine and between one third and one quarter than that of a CNC punch machine. The types of metal material that can be cut by the machine include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, spring steel, aluminium alloy, copper plate, aluminium plate, gold, silver, and titanium.

  5. The available models are GWK-1325 and GWK-1530. The differences between the GWK-1325 and GWK-1530 are the working area, machine size and machine weight. The working area of GWK-1325 is 2.5m by 1.3m while the GWK-1530 is 1.5m by 3m. The machine dimension of GWK-1325 is 3645mm x 2015mm x 1300mm while the GWK-1530 is 4340mm x 2430mm x 1350mm.

  6. The weight of GWK-1325 is 3000kg while the GWK-1530 is 3800kg. Both the GWK-1325 and GWK-1530 have a maximum cutting thickness of 6mm with carbon steel, maximum output power of 620 watts, laser wavelength of 1064nm, maximum pulse frequency of 300Hz, minimum line width of 0.15mm, X, Y, Z axis resetting position accuracy of less than 0.04mm, and uses a 7P water cooling system.

  7. It is able to cut metals at a top speed of 35mm per second. The Fiber Laser Cutting Machine comes in two models, LF1325 and LF1530. It uses IPG laser source, Yaskawa servo motor system, industrial chillers, automatic partitioned exhaust system and has a position speed of 20m per minute.

  8. It can be used to cut metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, brass, silicon steel, galvanized steel, nickel titanium alloy, nickel chromium alloy, and titanium alloy. The LF1530 model has a larger working area, larger in size and is heavier than the LF1325 model.

  9. It supports any file formats that are Drawing exchange Format (DXF),AutoCAD plot (PLT), or Adobe Illustrator Artwork (AI). It is able to cut 11m of carbon steel that is 1mm thick per minute or 1.2m per minute for a thickness of 4mm. It is able to cut 10m of stainless steel that is 1mm thick per minute or 1.8m per minute for a thickness of 2mm.
