【生产 案例 】. 问题： 唇彩出现涂抹时有色浆颗粒现象，有时生产出来的产品在涂抹时含有未分散好的色浆颗粒。 分析： 配方中使用了各类颜料作为着色剂。如果工艺不是采用把颜料在混合搅拌前先浸泡，再研磨，就可能由于颜料未被油脂充分润湿，导致颜料在研磨中未充分研磨均匀，做出来的产品就容易出现色浆聚集、有颗粒；另一个，由于色浆投入唇彩膏体基料时，基料温度过高（如基料温度高于 90 ℃）投入色浆，色浆因未及时分散突然升温导致聚集，因而影响到产品在涂抹时有颗粒现象。.
