  2. Incarcerated Veterans’ Transition Program Goals • Reduce Recidivism • Reintegrate Incarcerated Veterans into Workforce • Provide Healthcare/Benefits

Incarcerated Veterans’ Transition Program Objective • Pilot provides direct services through a case management approach while networking with federal, state, and local resources as well as veteran support programs to reintegrate previously incarcerated veterans into the workforce. • Assistance provided within 6 months of separation from incarceration.
