Effects of VEGF on Endothelial Cell Migration in Monolayer and 3D Spheroid Cultures of CT26 Cells

This study investigates the concentration of VEGF in both untreated and treated CT26 cell cultures, focusing on its influence on endothelial cell migration. Utilizing monolayer and 3D spheroid conditions, we measure sICAM-1 and other adhesion molecules like LFA-1 and mICAM-1, dissecting their roles in cellular interaction during treatment. The findings aim to enhance understanding of cancer cell behavior and potential therapeutic targets in tumor microenvironments.
