  9. 11k PAR Revision TGk requests the 802.11 WG to forward the proposed 11k PAR revision (extension to 2010 as found in document 06/0527r0) to NESCOM for consideration of the extension of the PAR. Moved on behalf of TGk: Kwak/Simpson 12/0/0 Second: Result:

  10. Motion Move to authorize TGk to go to 15 day recirculation LB with draft P802.11-D4.0. Moved on behalf of TGk: Gray/Black 10/0/0 Approve Disapprove Abstain

  11. Motion Move to request that the WG conduct a 15 day LB asking the question – “Do you believe that 11k draft P802.11-D4.0 is ready for WG recirculation ballot?” Move: Second: Approve Disapprove Abstain

  12. Motion Move to conduct a 15 day recirculation LB on 11k draft P802.11-D4.0 to commence as soon as practical after the WG authorization letter ballot and conditional on that ballot passing. Move: Second: Approve Disapprove Abstain
